The apartment is located in the tourist resort of Punta Skala Petrčane, a place 12 km away from Zadar and 3 km from the town of Nin - the oldest Croatian royal town. Distance from the beach is about 200 m. The center of Petrcane is 1.5 km away and can be reached by a lovely promenade. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay and rest, and consists of hallway, two bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. It has sea views and air conditioning. There is also a parking space which is included in the price.
